By subscribing to the newsletter and/or registering for an event organized by Update Conference s.r.o., the website user and/or conference participant (hereinafter referred to as the “user” and “event”) consents to Update Conference s.r.o. (Company ID No. 06778763) to process and use, free of charge, the personal data provided by the user in its entirety for the purpose of informing the user about the organization of events for which the user is registered, and/or to contact the user to invite them to other events organized by Update Conference s.r.o. or its partners, until the expiration of the period for which consent is given or until such consent is revoked. Consent is not time-limited. Registered users have the right to access their data and to correct, block, supplement, and delete incorrect data; they are also entitled to request information about the personal data being processed about them. Users have the right to revoke their consent at any time by sending an email to info@updateconference.net.

By registering for the conference, the user consents to the taking of photographs and audiovisual recordings at the conference venue that may depict the user, which may subsequently be used to promote similar events organized by Update Conference s.r.o. Participants are not entitled to any compensation for the taking or use of such photographs and audiovisual recordings.
